The Viessmann Service Initiative was set up to make all partners aware of what support is available in day-to-day practice. It includes all company services – from sales support, logistics, maintenance and service, and a software and internet service, right through to seminars, marketing support and consultation. Around 300 Viessmann field sales employees support trade and industry – quickly, competently and with the minimum of fuss.
